The 4K60 UHD video processor newly launched by BitVisus is able to display multiple dynamic images on top of multiple screens, and simultaneously realise a maximum of 4-channel signal input switching, 9-channel output port expansion and splicing functions, and a variety of control methods for flexible application.

II. Product features

Ø BIT-VP-IC409Pro is a newly launched ultra-high-definition splicing processor by Bit Video, which can display multiple dynamic images on multiple screens, and simultaneously realize 4-channel signal input switching, 9-channel output port expansion and splicing Function

Ø The motherboard adopts FPGA+ multi-threaded parallel processing hardware processing architecture, anti-static design, no operating system, maintenance-free, internal self-built core computing mechanism, excellent image processing performance to avoid system crashes, hardware conflicts, viruses and other problems

Ø Supports multi-window control, which can easily realize various functions such as picture-outside-picture (POP) tile mode, picture-in-picture (PIP) overlay mode, arbitrary picture overlay, roaming, cross-screen, zoom, etc.

Ø Supports signal cropping function, which can remove black edges and crop the input signal, making the control methods of the picture more diverse. It can perfectly solve the black edge problem caused by the front-end signal, or partially amplify the signal.

Ø Supports 16 splicing modes such as horizontal screen 1x1...1x9; vertical screen 9x1...1x1; field type: 2x2, 2x3, 3x3, 2x4, 4x2...etc.

Ø Supports 4 channels of 4K*2K@60 input, each input port burns different resolutions, and supports EDID management, reading, modification and customization of EDID (Extended Display Identification Data, Extended Display Identification Data), which improves the The compatibility of the display device enables the device output signal to adapt to various applications.

Ø Support input and output rotation: input can be rotated 90°, 180°, 270°, and the first line of output can be rotated 180°

Dialling instructions

RS232 control

Ø Serial command: baud rate: 115200, data bit: 8 bits, stop bit: 1 bit, CRC check 1 bit

Ø Connecting the Phoenix terminal of the RS232 control port to the controller (host computer, touch screen, etc.) by using a serial cable.

Ø After connecting the product and the controller through the serial cable, double-click to open the software of the host computer.

Ø Click Open Serial Port to select the serial port side of the controller.

Ø Performs control operations of the host computer.

Network connection

Ø Connect the product to your computer via RJ45 cable.

Ø Set the IP address of the controller to 192.168.1.*** (the IP address of the lower unit is 192.168.1.192)

Ø Open the software of the host computer, click the refresh button to refresh the computer network card, and select the network card connected to the device 9)

Ø Click on the Find Devices button, the connected devices appear in the table, mouse to select the device you want to connect.

Ø Click the Connect Device button, the upper unit automatically starts to synchronise the lower unit's data.

IP & MAC modification (direct connection)

Ø Connect the product and the computer through the RJ45 network cable.

Ø Make sure the fourth position of the product's dip switch is in the downward dialling state.

Ø Set the IP address of the controller as 192.168.1.**** (the IP address of the lower computer is 192.168.1.192)

Ø Open the software of the upper computer, click the Refresh button to refresh the computer NIC and select the NIC connected to the device;

Ø Click the Find Device button, the connected devices appear in the table, mouse to select the device you want to connect;

Ø Double click the IP address or Mac address, the input box can appear, you can modify IP here.

Ø IP modification supports IP of all network segments, please note that the first three digits of MAC modification should be even.

Ø MAC/IP modification have memory function, but IP will be overwritten in DHCP mode.

Network connection (DHCP)

Ø Connect the product to the router via RJ45 cable;

Ø Connect the host PC to the router through the RJ45 network cable, and make sure the host computer turns on the DHCP mode;

Ø Dial up the fourth position of the dip switch to open DHCP mode;

Ø Confirm that there is no device with the same MAC in the current LAN (note that two devices enter the network at the same time);

Ø Click Find Device button, the connected devices appear in the table, mouse to select the device you want to connect.

Custom input source name

Ø Right mouse click on input source, enter custom name, right click on save

Ø All input sources support customisation

Input source selection

Ø Select IN1/2/3/4 in the input source column, long press and drag to the corresponding window to complete the selection of input source in the window

Ø Select the window, right-click the mouse, and place the pointer on the input source to select input source 1/2/3/4

Ø You can also use the keyboard numbers 1/2/3/4 to complete the signal source switching after selecting the window.

View Adjustment

Ø Current window, when you can't get the focus of the window quickly, you can switch to the target window directly.

Ø Select the window, use the mouse to drag the four corners of the window, you can adjust the size and position of the window.

Ø Select the window that needs to be adjusted, the upper left corner of the window is the origin, enter the XY coordinates in the coordinate column to adjust the position of the window.

Ø In the Size column, enter the width and height values of the window to adjust the size of the window.

Ø In the Crop column, the resolution in the box is the input resolution of the current window, input the XY coordinates of the start and end, or drag the mouse to the size of the red box, you can complete the crop.

Ø Right-click the input source window, you can complete the custom input source naming, this function will not affect the operation area of the window logo.

Ø Right-click the operation area to wake up the menu interface.

Ø Audio Follow-Out: Assign the currently selected audio port to the output port, you can choose to disable, only 1 port, all ports open

Ø 180 degree rotation of the first row: available in row 2 of the stitching mode, rotate the first row of the screen by 180 degrees.

Ø Setting level: top/up/down the window of the current area.

Ø VideoGen Mode: If none of the input sources are enabled successfully, the output will be black screen.

Ø Rotate: rotate the current window screen by 90/180/270 degrees, you can also use the shortcut key R to do this.

Ø Adaptive Fill: currently disabled

Ø Close Window: that is, close the current window, you can right-click on the blank area to create, you can also open the display window in the subsequent "window adjustment" to open.

Ø Double click zoom: double click will zoom the window according to the grid.

V. Frequently asked questions

Why is there no image output when the HDMI cable is connected?

Answer: It may be that the device does not detect the HDMI signal. Try re-plugging and unplugging the HDMI cable, or powering off again to return to normal.

Network port connection failed?

Answer: Observe whether the link light (green light) of the network port is always on. If it is not on, try replugging and unplugging the network port or changing the network cable.

When multiple input sources are plugged in, some input ports do not come out?

Answer: Check whether you are using an adapted power supply with sufficient power. This problem will not occur if you use the power supply shipped by our company by default.
